Wayne Mwenya Mulenga, RN, BSN

Wayne holds a BSN from Chicago State University and an AS in General Sciences from Parkland College. A certified Wound Specialist and Infection Preventionist, he has over 12 years of nursing experience. He has served as CEO of Villa Holistic Caregivers, Heavenly Angels Caregivers, and Prestige Nursing Homecare.

Wayne has held leadership roles such as Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, and Nursing Supervisor, with expertise in medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, cardiology, pulmonary, dialysis, wound care, geriatrics, and home health.

Renowned for program development in infection control, cardiac care, fall prevention, and wound care, Wayne helps facilities maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. He is known for his professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.

Most recently, Wayne has been trained as a train-the-trainer for Dementia and has created Dementia training materials covering various areas of Dementia, which is used to aid caregivers as they care for Dementia patients.

Lastly, Wayne is a co-founder of Prestige Wellness Foundation, committed to restoring and supporting the changing health and societal needs of underserved Zambian communities. Through compassion, respect, and collaboration with clients, the community, and stakeholders, the foundation works to improve health and lifestyle with excellence and stewardship.

Pule Christensen - Founder & CEO

Pule Adah Christensen is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in providing compassionate care to geriatric and other vulnerable populations. She began her career as an environmentalist, earning an Associate’s Degree in General Forestry from a university in Zambia before relocating to the United States, where she transitioned into the healthcare sector. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Trained Medication Aide (TMA), Pule has built a reputation for excellence, empathy, and unwavering advocacy for her clients. Her commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care has earned her the trust and respect of her peers, clients, and their families.

In addition to her expertise in healthcare, Pule is a dedicated entrepreneur and the founder of Heavenly Angels Caregivers, where she leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the lives of those she serves. Her business is dedicated to delivering exceptional caregiving services, ensuring the dignity, comfort, and well-being of all clients.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Pule is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters, actively supporting their involvement in extracurricular activities such as swimming, basketball, and volleyball. She is also deeply engaged in her community, volunteering at City Hill Church in Eden Prairie, MN, where she contributes to the Women’s Leadership Team, Hive Moms, and other Life Groups.
